Our Facility

Cert Biohealth Testing Labs operates from a purpose-built 3,200 square foot analytical facility in Toronto, Ontario, designed from the ground up for high-throughput peptide and nutraceutical analysis. The space is divided into three controlled zones: a dedicated sample receiving and intake suite, a core analytical laboratory, and a results dispatch and reporting centre.

Sample Receiving & Chain of Custody

Every sample that enters Cert Biohealth — whether a lyophilized research peptide, a nutraceutical powder, a softgel, or a liquid formulation — is logged through a barcode-enabled LIMS at the point of receipt.

1. Sample arrives — receiving suite under positive pressure, HEPA-filtered air
2. Barcode scan — unique accession number assigned immediately
3. Digital intake record — timestamped, photographed, locked to client account
4. Secure transfer to analytical floor — no sample moves without a complete intake record
5. Real-time status tracking — client portal updated at every stage

Cross-contamination in peptide and nutraceutical testing is a zero-tolerance issue. Our protocols exceed industry standards at every stage of sample handling.

Cert Biohealth is one of the first Canadian analytical laboratories to deliver cryptographically verified Certificates of Analysis. Every COA is hash-stamped on an immutable blockchain ledger the moment it is released.

SHA-256 Hash Stamping

Every finalized COA is cryptographically hashed and written to an immutable ledger — any alteration is instantly detectable.

QR Code Verification

Every COA carries a scannable QR code. Clients, regulators, or auditors can verify document authenticity independently at any time.

Secure Client Portal

Role-based access, automated status notifications, real-time tracking from sample receipt through report release.

Tamper-Proof Audit Trail
